From the beginning to end Trisha never gave up on us. Very professional and personable. Trish showed us at least 30 homes virtually because we were moving from California to Oregon. From the very beginning we had a difficult ask. We needed to be able to purchase a house nearly 4 months in advance from a 1000 miles away. Trisha was unphased and quickly helped us find the perfect place. She sent us video, walked throughs on FaceTime, measured everything, answered all our questions and even dealt with my innate distrust of everyone lol.
