This was the actually the second time we used Shelly in our home adventures. She helped us buy our first home in 2012 and she recently just helped us sell that home. This is the second time I have worked with Shelly on home transactions and let me tell you, she is a one stop shop for a wealth of knowledge along with a friendly and positive helpful attitude that makes your selling or buying experience painless and easy. There have been multiple times Shelly has gone above and beyond in each transaction to make sure that we were informed In the process and each step of the way and kept us informed in terms we could understand. She also went above and beyond without much notice showing homes to us after 5pm and or on a weekend. I will continue to use Shelly and recommend her to anyone just simply wanting to buy or sell without the hassle.

Shelly Samson sold our house and found us a new one! I have worked with a lot of Realtors and she is by far the best! She knows her stuff and she sold our house in a few days! We met Shelly attending an open house she was running. We ended up being interested in the house and she agreed to represent us along with the sellers since we did not have a realtor of our own.
