We couldn't get through our first-time homebuyer experience without Shelli! Her attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and willing to work to your schedule were absolutely invaluable to my sanity during this stressful process. It was because of Shelli that our offer was accepted over strong competing offers (and on our first offer, too!). Even when we didn't understand something related to the title paperwork in the process and Shelli didn't have an immediate answer, she would go out of her way to learn that part of the process herself so she could help figure it out with us. I always felt like she wanted to make sure we were happy with our home options and made sure we were getting quality for our money. We will definitely call Shelli when we want to buy our next home.

Shelli was absolutely amazing. We used her for both the selling and buying process. She was able to answer every question I had.
We had a very unique situation that was not the easiest to work through and she stood by us the whole time. She met with us multiple times to make sure our new home had everything we needed and up to par.
Professional does not even speak to her level. She is beyond professional, compassionate, caring, and kind person. I would highly recommend her. We are hopefully in our forever home, but by chance we go through this process again Shelli would be who we used hands down.
We were able to make our families dream come true and give our kids this beautiful home because of her.

We recently sold our home through Windermere Pacific West Properties and used Shelli as our listing agent. Shelli was great to work with and was there for us every step of the process. She made recommendations for improving the appearance and salability of our property and provided the names of contractors for every repair or improvement we made. She did an excellent job with staging and photography of the property. Communication was very good and always prompt. We had a full price offer two days after our property was listed. The entire process from listing to closing was a breeze. We highly recommend Shelli!

I had to switch agents after house hunting with my prior agent wasn't going as planned. Feeling frustrated, I called Shelli and explained what happened. I had one day of looking at houses with Shelli and I was really impressed. Prompt communication, professional and warm, patient showing me 7 houses in one day. She took notes on what I liked about a house so she could help me find the right home. I didn't feel pressured into a home that wasn't right for me. She let me take my time without any sales pitches. She's an excellent negotiator when it came to making an offer on a house. I ended up finding my house on the first day!

Shelli is a rockstar of real estate! I came to Salem with three days to look at houses. I needed to buy one that met our needs and fly home within five days. Shelli put in 12 hour days taking us to look at houses. I had her writing multiple offers in the houses as we looked at them. We looked at houses until 8:00 at night. She listened to my desires and needs and found a house for me on the third day. I also needed to close by the end of the month, and when my mortgage lender was charging me too much, Shelli hooked me up with a local lender that pulled off the closing in three weeks from another state! Not only that, but she was fun and personable to spend time with while enduring a stressful situation.

We sold our home with Shelli. It is a good market for sellers now, but we were getting close to Christmas. We were not sure if it was a good time of year to sell. She reasured us it was, and showed us recently sold homes simular to ours. She walked us through pricing our home to get the best price and most interest. She gave us advice on what was worth sprucing up before the sale also. We had multiple very good offers right away. She helped us choose the best and most solid offer by explaining everything in detail. The buyers were in a hurry, and we needed to hire out repairs. Shelli helped out above and beyond! But with Shelli there to explain the details and help make decisions that worked for our family we felt knowledgeable and informed throughout the whole process.
