Patti's extensive knowledge and contacts helped us immensely through the house buying process. We started looking at an older house that had some very obvious issues. She found contactors to give quote for repairs and made sure contacts were amended to cover inspections and other odd issues. She helped us quickly terminate the offer when it became obvious that there wasn't going to be an agreement on the price of the property. She then quickly turned around and helped us look at a much nicer property the next day and get an offer in the day after that. She made us feel like we were her only client even though she was juggling other purchases and sales. Patti is very personable and we enjoyed working with her during the whole process.

It actually feels like she's minimized to a label (real estate agent) as I write this, because she's been so much more than that. My husband, Dennis, and I first met Patti and her family when looking for a contractor to build our custom home in Salem, Oregon. After interviewing, we instantly felt comfortable with Patti's husband, Gary, and began the building process. What an excellent experience!
