Wow! This the third house we have sold. Patti is by far the best. She is very knowledgeable about the area and what is happening in the current market. She is very responsive to questions or to any concerns you may have. Always has a smile and cheerful demeanor. She helped us navigate through sale of our home and the purchase of out new home. Patti's extensive knowledge and contacts helped us immensely through the house buying process. We started looking at an older house that had some very obvious issues. She found contactors to give quote for repairs and made sure contacts were amended to cover inspections and other odd issues. She helped us quickly terminate the offer when it became obvious that there wasn't going to be an agreement on the price of the property. She then quickly turned around and helped us look at a much nicer property the next day and get an offer in the day after that. She made us feel like we were her only client even though she was juggling other purchases and sales. Patti is very personable and we enjoyed working with her during the whole process.

This was our first time using Patti to purchase a home and we could not have been more satisfied. She is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and well respected in the community. We purchased during a very competitive time in the market in which there were multiple offers on most houses. My wife and I have worked with Patti multiple times when buying or selling a home. She is, hands down, the best real estate agent we've worked with. It actually feels like she's minimized to a label (real estate agent) as I write this, because she's been so much more than that. With their construction business and her real estate business, I can only imagine how busy she must be, but you would never know it. When Patti has worked with us, we feel like her only clients. She's always available and responsive, and she has never steered us in the wrong direction. The most important thing, however, is the level of trust we've built with Patti. It's unfortunate that we're moving out of state, or we would be asking for her help in buying our next house there. She's incredible, and she will take very good care of you. My husband, Dennis, and I first met Patti and her family when looking for a contractor to build our custom home in Salem, Oregon. After interviewing, we instantly felt comfortable with Patti's husband, Gary, and began the building process. What an excellent experience! After living in our perfect home for several years, we decided we wanted to relocate to Palm Desert to enjoy our retirement years. Patti had helped us so much on selecting interior and exterior design features in our custom home ... we knew she would know more about our home than any other realtor and would be able to expertly market it.
