I highly recommend Gary and Patti! Patti was absolutely exceptional and went above and beyond what I could have ever anticipated. From start to finish she answered all of my questions which could be time consuming because it was my first time buying a home. I felt confident they were not taking advantage of me or trying to simply get me in a house fast to make a quick buck. Patti will always have a place in our hearts because she also helped my fiance surprise me with a marriage proposal in the backyard of the house we were buying. <br/><br/>Again, I highly recommend them both! Gary and Patti were recommended to my fiance and I by our Mortgage Broker, and he could not have been more on the mark. I found both Gary and Patti to be very personable, and easy to work with. They were attentive to our requests and I thought they really began to feel what sort of home we were looking for. We have been in our new home for almost a year now, and we could not be happier! We met Patti Williamson while attending an open house that she was conducting. We were in the market for a new home and she was very helpful in guiding us through the negotiation and purchasing process.<br/><br/>When it came time to sell our old house, Patti and her husband Gary went way beyond the norm in helping us get our well-worn old home ready for sale. They supplied guidance in remodeling and decorating that resulted in a quick sale in the very slow 2010 housing market. When we bought our first home in 1998 we were lucky enough to see a sign for homes that Gary and Patti were selling. We did not end up buying the home they were advertising but one that better fit our needs. They always had our best interests in mind and helped us through every process. When we began looking for our second home they were the first and only Agents we called. When we would have settled for a home that didn't fit our every criteria they encouraged us to look at a few more. With the extra time they put into looking for us they found us the perfect home in the perfect price range and a wonderful neighborhood. I have recommended them to everyone I know looking at homes and if we look to buy a new home in the future they will be the first people we call!!

Don't look anywhere else. Patti and Gary know how to sell a house, from the beginning to end they made every aspect easy and simple. They continually told us it was OUR happiness they were concerned with and they made sure every decision was passed by us, and offered timely advice for the more difficult decisions.

Gary & Patti were amazing! They truely made the experience of buying a home fun and stress free. They provided us with excellent service and treated my husband and I like we were their only clients (even though we were not). They responded to emails and phone calls immediatly, and updated us on the progress as soon as they had any information. <br/><br/>One of the things I liked best about them is that they were honest and knowledgeable about the pros and cons when viewing each house, and made sure we were aware of ALL of the factors so that we would make a smart choice, they helped us go in with 'eyes wide open'. They are also very thorough when researching each house as well as taking all of our wishes and needs into consideration. <br/><br/>We began our house hunting with Gary & Patti, and within a month we were moving into a house. We love it! We would not have been able to do it without them!

Gary was very knowledgable when it came to the areas we were looking to buy and all aspects of the home buying process. We had such a positive experience with Gary & Patti when we moved to Salem from the Portland area. They were great at fitting in times that worked for us and were gracious as we brought our children along to view some of the homes. I think what stands out the most for me was how caring Patti was throughout the process as we worked mostly with her in viewing homes. We saw quite a few homes, which were what we had asked for, and she, as others have pointed out, was honest about pointing out the good and bad. When it came to closing, we had a few issues due to improperly filled out paperwork by the mortgage broker (nothing that the Williamsons did!) and it was horrible and stressful to go through the next few weeks trying to make corrections and get it fixed. Patti was empathetic and went above and beyond to help straighten out the mess. She got us on with another mortgage broker who was able to save the deal in record time and here we are a year and a half later... we couldn't be happier with our home. I also couldn't have asked for a better team to help us get to where we are. Their professionalism and caring extends beyond the sale as well, which is a rare find.

My husband and I think very highly of Gary and Patti Williamson's work ethics, morals, honesty and sensitivity to our needs. We could only afford a small, inexpensive home but they worked very hard to find us a cute 'cottage' that we love. They were very aware of our limited funds and did not push for us to spend more. We are retired now and have to be careful of our monthly obligations.<br/><br/>We would highly recommend Gary and Patti to anyone interested in real estate. They will treat clients honestly and fairly. They have a vast array of real estate experiences and will do a good, professional job for anyone.

Patti assisted us with both selling a home and buying another home. She was extremely professional, responsive and displayed a high degree of integrity throughout the entire process. She kept me informed throughout the entire process which made it much easier. Prior to listing our home, she provided us with excellent advice on presenting and staging the home for sale and that paid offer with an offer for the full asking price within 48 hours. I can't say thank you enough for all the help provided throughout both transactions. I have already referred several potential home sellers/buyers to Patti & Gary Williamson and will continue to do so.

I could not have asked for better representation in my real estate transaction than that of Patti Williamson. She was an active part of every step from staging the home to celebrating the sale. Her ideas and expertise in the entire process, start to finish, were bang on. Patti made it more more pleasant than I could have hoped with both her friendly approach and business expertise. My wife and I contacted Patti because she was highly recommended to us by a friend living in Salem, Oregon--the destination of our move from Tacoma, Washington. This recommendation was well-placed as we were more than pleased by the service we received from Patti and her company. In our first phone call she asked all the right questions and took a personal interest in us and our situation. Immediately she referred us to a loan officer who proved to be very efficient and effective - an excellent referral that got us started aright in the process of buying a home. Her expedience, efficiency and promptness played large as we were operating on a very tight timetable. Patti's greatest strength was her ability to know us as individuals--our interests, styles, dreams--and how that would translate into finding the right home in the right location at the right price. The home we purchased is as perfectly 'us' as any place we have ever been; it's more perfect than we even knew at the time of purchase. We credit Patti for this because she found the listing. She was actually more objective in putting all the pieces together than we were. This review wouldn't be complete without a more personal word. Patti made the whole process of house-hunting fun and adventurous. She has significant experience, excellent knowledge and great taste that created a positive experience that left us feeling confident and optimistic about the outcome. And about the outcome: she did a wonderful job helping us navigate a bidding war amongst multiple offers that kept us abreast of things without getting stressed out over the details. Patti and Gary are simply the best realtors. The do business the right way, with integrity, so nothing can come back and bite you. They treat buyers with dignity, and other agents with levels of interpersonal skills that I could never produce. Patti follows up on everything-- nothing gets by her! She has a great eye for what a buyer is looking for and knows what a seller needs to do to show a property at its best. I can't imagine asking someone else to represent me as a buyer or a seller.

We recently closed on our home in Salem, and Patti was there with us every step of the way. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to get a feel for the area (we were relocating from Washington), and took us to see a number of homes. We felt at ease during the close/escrow process, as Patti was available for any questions we had. She also did a great job negotiating closing costs and continues to follow up with us as we settle into our new house.
