Chris helped us every step of the way. She guided us through doing what was needed to prepare mom's condo for sale and then followed up with staging and having photos taken. Chris was patient with us and worked to accommodate our schedule. When it was time to get things moving, she got right to work and we had 4 very good offers in less than 2 days. Excellent communication and follow through!!!

Great Communication and Follow-Up. We sold our entire portfolio of residential rental properties over the past couple of years. Chris did an outstanding job of getting us the maximum price and good qualified buyers and handled every aspect of sale, listing, staging, offers and all the rules and regulations involved with several 1031 exchanges without a single blip! Here consistent timely communications and follow through were second to none that I've ever experienced. Due to the corona virus, my husband and I found ourselves trapped and unable to travel from southern California when our home sold in Salem. We called upon Chris and Gerry and boy! did they deliver! From 1000 miles away, with their expertise and willingness to help, we managed to get through the escrow process, where there were some difficult issues to handle, prepare the home for moving, administer the moving process including 12,000 lbs of home goods, clean up for the buyers, and all with a cheerful can-do attitude! Very personal issues were also handled beautifully. Always available for calls and questions, and always reassuring, they were amazing! Over and above what anyone would expect. We heartily recommend them and are very grateful!

Chris went above and beyond for us. She had the patience of Job while we looked for the right property, the knowledge of a brain surgeon when it came to the ins-and-outs of all the paperwork associated with the purchase, and the wisdom of a Tibetan monk in negotiating with the sellers. I cannot speak highly enough of her. We've bought and sold a few homes over the years and never have we had a Realtor like her!

As always.....Top of the line professionalism!!! We have used Chris and Gerry and their team for all our real estate needs and so have many of our friends..this time, it was for us....we had a very specific house we were looking for....when we found it they were right on the spot, getting us the information we needed and facilitated getting an offer in. As a senior citizen, I really appreciated her patience in explaining everything to me. There were sometimes when I required a "handyman" to take care of some small issues and she quickly provided one who, in turn, took care of issues quickly. She obviously was aware of the market not only in the Salem area but also throughout the Pacific Northwest, thus giving me guidance in pricing.

We're really late in reviewing Chris and Jerry. They were fantastic in both finding the right house and in the sale of our old house. Chris and Jerry took us to about 5-6 houses to learn what we liked and didn't. They then show us a couple we had inquired about. Then, house number 9 was it - we can't believe it was on the market soo looonngg. Someone couldn't look past the decor that was already in there as the owner still lived there. We really appreciated their listening to us, wanting to our likes and dislikes, as well as our "wants" versus our "needs". If we could only rate them higher. Thank you Chris and Jerry. Chris guided us through the sale process, offering suggestions and details that aided in our decision making. She was consistently courteous and respectful. When some unexpected issues arose pertaining to our inspection and some necessary repairs, she was a willing go between and advocate to negotiate a solution that worked best for us and the buyer. Chris was readily available and promptly responsive when we, or the other individuals involved, had questions or issues to resolve. She was able to facilitate a timely closing, allowing us to purchase our new property within the time lines we had expressed to her early in the process.
