Formed in 2017 with our clients in mind, we tailor our support plan to each client's specific needs. As lifelong Mid-Valley residents, informed local market knowledge is the foundation of our business. We specialize in relocations, residential purchases/sales and commercial investments. 

Ali began her real estate career in the best possible year: 2009. There was nowhere to go but up! Starting as a marketing assistant at a local commercial real estate office, she learned the ins and outs of retail and multi-family leasing and sales from some of the best commercial brokers in the Salem area. After getting her real estate license in 2012, she brokered transactions for both local and national retailers alongside her principal broker before moving to John L. Scott in 2016 to foray into the residential real estate world. Prompted by a desire to offer her clients a full-service experience, Morrison Real Estate Group was formed in 2017, and in 2021 Ali obtained her Principal Broker's license. With 15 years in the industry, Ali takes pride in her experience, hyper-local knowledge and caring approach to each and every client.
